Kajabi Product Update - November & December Edition!
As we approach the end of the year, we wanted to take some time out of this busy season to highlight some of the recent features we've added to Kajabi over the past couple months. These new additions have been well received, and we're excited to publicly announce them to you today!
New Kajabi Features:
Evergreen Notifications
(UPDATE: the beta test group is now closed, thank you for your participation - this feature will be released soon to the public)
Evergreen mode in Kajabi allows you to release any piece of content to each of your members on a specified number of days after their join date. Kajabi has always let your user know how soon your content would be unlocked to them, but we're taking it a step further.
Now when you enable the option, your members can receive an email alerting them that your piece of content has been unlocked inside your Kajabi membership site. If they choose to receive these alerts, they will receive a single email listing all the posts/categories that were unlocked that day.
To enable Evergreen notifications, just go to your "Settings" tab, scroll down to the "Content Delivery Options" section, and tick the box that says, "Email users about new evergreen content". Each of your members can turn evergreen notifications on or off for their own account.

Original Video File Link
When you upload a video into a Kajabi project, you will now see a link to the original video file you uploaded inside your admin. If you ever lose your original video file, you can easily download it again using this link. All links are secured and encrypted (even for admins), so they can't be passed around.
It's not just for new videos, either. Any prior videos you've uploaded will also have a download link to the original file.
With this feature, there's no need to upload the same video twice. Just grab the link to your original video file and use the "Add Media from URL" option to add a current video to a new piece of content or funnel event.

Spell Check
Are you typo-prone or do you just happen to type too fast? Don't worry, we've got you covered with spell check.
You'll notice a new button inside all the body sections across your Kajabi admin. It has an "ABC" with a checkmark next to it. Just click the button at any time to highlight words in your entry that may not be spelled correctly and get suggested replacements.

Forum Subscriptions
Your members can now subscribe to any thread inside your forum. To do so, they can just click the "Subscribe" button when viewing any thread. They will receive an email notification whenever someone adds to that thread's conversation.

Project Favicons
Ever notice those little icons that pop up in the address bar or on the tab of a website you're visiting? Those cute little squares are called "favicons". And you can now give a favicon to each of your Kajabi projects. This will help you with your branding across your Kajabi site.
To give your project a favicon, just go to the "Settings" tab and scroll down to the "Site Favicon" section under "Project Logos". You may upload any image file (at least 16x16), and Kajabi will convert it and turn it into your site's favicon. Images with square dimensions are recommended.

Hidden but Embeddable Offers
When you choose to hide an offer on your sales page, in the past, it would also disable the offer from being embedded on another page. We realized that it may be beneficial to have an offer hidden on one sales page, but want that same offer to show up somewhere else.
For one, this means you don't have to duplicate offers if you decide to create another sales page. But also, this means you don't have to duplicate shopping cart integrations. You can keep each shopping cart integration in its own funnel. Any offer using that shopping cart can be created in that same funnel. Then, you can embed the offers on as many sales pages as you like.
Just to revisit, hiding and embedding offers is extremely simple in Kajabi. To hide an offer, just tick the "Hide Entire Offer" button under the "Offer Visibility" section when you're editing an offer. To embed an offer, just grab the embed code under the "Embedded Link" section when you're editing an offer. You can place this code on any sales page or website.

New Fields in Export
You'll see some new fields when you export data from a Kajabi project. The new fields are "Login Count", "Failed Login Count", "Last Request At", and "Last Login At". It's just more insight into how your members participate with your portal.
As a reminder, to export your project data, just go to the "Settings" tab and scroll down to the section called "Export Data" on the right sidebar. Once you hit go, we'll mail you a link to download the data as soon as it's ready.
