Feature Rollup: Assessment Updates, Content Locking, and Internal Offer Titles
Welcome to the first feature roll up of 2018.
We finished our last build cycle (Dauntless) at the end of 2017 and as we entered 2018 we began our newest cycle called Liberator, where are goal is to “liberate” you from different restrictions within the app.
This is probably one of most exciting build cycles to date so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for some of the new features we have coming your way.
But in the meantime, let’s recap some of the newest features we have recently released that are available to you right now.
Feature # 1 - We added an assessments section into our builder
A few months back we added another building block to Kajabi called Assessments. Now there are many ways you can utilize assessments in your business. Some people like to use assessments to collect leads, others like to use them within their products. So to make sure you can use assessments any way you want we have added an assessment section to our page builder.
Feature # 2 - You can now export assessment results
One of the major reasons for assessments is to gather information. Now, if you have a lot of people completing your assessment it can be a pretty daunting task to try an analyze all that data. So we have created a feature that will allow you to export your assessment results to your computer.
Feature # 3 - Your can collect your user’s full name in assessments
This feature is a pretty simple and straightforward addition. When you are using assessments as a lead magnet we initially only had the assessment collect the email address. Now we have added a section for the user to enter their name as well. This allows you to capture both the name and email address while you are building your list.
Feature # 4 - Kajabi will send you a notification when an assessment is completed
This is also a simple, yet noteworthy, addition. When someone completes an assessment, Kajabi will send you an email notification to keep you up to date. This is a simple time-saving feature to help you out. Now, you don’t have to login and check your account to see if someone completed an assessment. Kajabi will send you a quick email to let you know.
Feature # 5 - You can now create internal titles for your offers
This feature is particularly important for those of you with a lot of products and a lot of different offers. We have added a section called “Internal Title” to your offers to help you organize your different offers. So let’s say you run multiple product launches a year in your business. Instead of using the same offer for each launch you can set up one called “March 2018 Launch” and another one called “October 2018 Launch”. This will help you and your team keep your offers organized.
Feature #6 - You can now lock content!
The last feature we are introducing today is another very exciting update. One that has been requested for a while so we are happy to finally roll it out. You can now lock content in your courses and have it release when an action is completed.
For example, let’s say you have 4 modules in your course and you want to make sure that your customer consumes the content in chronological order. You can set it up so that your customer has to complete module one before module 2 unlocks. You can also set it up so your customer has to complete an assessment before the next module unlocks. This enables you, the course creator, to outline and facilitate a specific experience for your customers, if you choose to.
That wraps up this feature roll up. Stay tuned in the upcoming weeks because we have more amazing things coming your way.
