Today we're going to introduce you to Austin Kosidowski, one of our customer success specialists.

Name: Austin Kosidowski

Job title: Customer Success Specialist

Tell us about your position at Kajabi and what you do every day.

My position at Kajabi is basically talking to new customers on the phone or over a video chat and telling them all about Kajabi and what it can do for them.

I help them get excited about using this platform and seeing what amazing things they can do for themselves with Kajabi!

Tell us a little bit about your background and how you started working for Kajabi?

I use to play sports all the time growing up so I grew up within having to be a team player and having teammates.

I worked in retail, at grocery stores, with Kindergartners for after-school care, food places and when I lived in Minnesota I was a Newspaper Delivery Boy.

I heard about Kajabi from a few of my friends who work here; Tony and Veronica.

They really pursued me to work here.

As soon as I came here I felt like this is the place where I should be!

What is a typical workday like at Kajabi?

A typical workday for me is a little different right now then it will be here soon.

I’m still doing training right now but my work days will be filled with Fast Start calls soon and helping more and more customers every day!

Can’t forget about the coffee I need!

What’s your favorite part of working for Kajabi?

My favorite part of working here so far is that people genuinely want to be here and work for this company.

Everyone here gets treated with respect and is very welcoming.

The atmosphere is really good around the office.

Also the customers we get to talk to every day are so amazing and super sweet.

It’s easy to think of a customer service job to just get yelled at 90% of the time because that happens in retail.

At Kajabi all of our customers are so grateful for the help and the fact that we’re here to help them whenever, and that says something about how amazing the Kajabi community is.

What’s your spirit animal?

I’d have to say, German Shepard.

An athletic breed, that’s loyal and very lovable, I think that explains me perfectly!

What’s something about your job people wouldn't expect?

How much there is to learn about! There’s something new to learn pretty much every day.

What’s the most rewarding part of working for Kajabi?

How grateful our customers are!

They’re very thankful for the most part about us helping them out, answering their emails as fast as we can and fixing any problems they run into.

It makes me excited to continue this work and try to make people as successful as they possibly can and want to be.

What emoji are you?

I’d have to say I’m the smiley face! 🙂

I always try to be as positive and happy as I possibly can be regardless of what is happening.

What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now?

The coolest thing I’m working on is just getting more familiar with Kajabi, other platforms that people use, and getting a better grasp on this whole new market for me.

I am learning so much and am so excited to share what I’ve been learning.

What personal item represents you best? 

Basketball has taught me a lot about life.

Basketball taught me how to fail but get back up, how to persevere through trials and tribulations, and mostly to never give up on myself even when I’m the only one who believes in my goals and dreams.

It taught me to fight for what I want in life.
